Hi, I’m confused regarding S & W recall on Walther pistols. In one S & W recall it identified the PPK/S as the pistol who had the safety decocking problem and ADs. No, your pistol does not have the regular Walther markings. it says "Under License of Carl Walther" and it was made in the USA by Interarms, which previously imported German made Walthers. After Interarms took over manufacture of the PPK in the US, they used a K as a prefix on their PPK serial numbers.
