Sonarr tries to download an episode of a show, however the first file it finds doesn't work. It just says "xxxmb missing" in sab then deletes it from queue. Sonarr sees that I'm missing this episode and tries to find it again. It finds the same file again, tries to download and fails. Rinse and repeat. You can find the black list under Activities -> Blacklist. If you have loads then you can adjust the items per page in Options to make bulk deletion faster. Perfect. Can't believe I didn't see this.
