One for lifestyle only, and the other one strictly for running. Yeah my retired running shoes usually turn into casual/walking shoes. Some running shoes do work well for walking and casual use but, for me, most don't. I think running shoes with toe drops of more than 6mm feel awkward for walking. And I certainly don't need 40mm or higher stack ... It's a bit narrow and the upper isn't all that comfortable but I like it for short-and-fast workouts. The Boston 11 looks and feels like a big brother version of the Adios 7 and I'm starting to warm up to it. Again, the step-in feel isn't all that comfortable or inviting. There's no feeling of "plush" whatsoever. Brooks really needs to up their midsole game. I remember when they made a huge deal about the nitrogen-infused foam they were releasing for the Glycerin 20.

If you want a shoe to be the most durable, pick the one with less exposed foam and thicker rubber in the sole (at the cost of weight). For example, an Alphafly is way more durable than Adios Pro 1 or 2. If you do high mileage, Premium foam is an investment. You will be able to run way more miles. Period.NB and Brooks are known for having generous toe boxes with plenty of room. If you're into the more rounded foot shaped style shoes, Topo and Altra are good recommendations.
