I took him for PHYS211 and PHYS212 for majors, his grading system is difficult, but it WORKS.Prof Collins is one of the coolest and most hilarious professor at Penn State. His class is pretty easy if you put in some effort. He made sure that everyone gets good grades in the end and adjusted the entire grading criteria for us. DO NOT ATTEND PENN STATE BERKS. The food at the dining hall is less than subpar and they have maybe 8 clubs that you're able to join and about 5 sports. It's a great school for commuters but as for the dorms, they look like jail cells. The campus itself is a dead zone.
