Mar 23, 2023 · I bought a blem Dagger compact frame off PSA, and installed a 2.5L spring, and a new extended Glock mag release that I filed to suit my liking on Wednesday. It’s a night and day difference. The 2.5 lb spring in a Dagger feels about like the stock 5 lb spring in a GEN3 Glock. I went with the Vickers tactical magazine catch (extended) on my Dagger Compact. Much less stiffness making it easier to drop a magazine. I bought the 2,5lb springs, but did not feel the need to use them as the new Vickers catch worked fine with the PSA factory spring. This was a good upgrade.

Fortunately for PSA is the mag catch/release is about the only major hangup with the gun that I’ve found. At worse everything else on the gun is decent. The iron sights that come with the slide are plain black irons both front and rear.
