Litter robot blue light wont stop flashing

The tray's empty and the light still blinks with or without a bag. None of the buttons work and there's no start up cycle when I switch it on and off. The lights flash sequentially when it boots up, but it always settles on a blinking blue light. I can still switch the Litter Robot on and off via the app but I can't do anything else. Inspect the Position Sensor.
