Go in to rate a a castle and look for "blacksmith fjord". Go there and in that castle is a forge you can get reagent from once a day. I go there for Amber and get 3-6 a week. Easier way to get amber if you not level 90 yet, garden King Parsley and Ultra King Parsley.
