Hyacinth_Bucket-. • 2 yr. ago. it happens a lot. i usually just wait until a time when no one is watching or recording anything to unplug the main dvr box (not the mini genies in the secondary rooms) and leave it for a minute or so, then plug it back in to reboot. all is well, then.....for a few weeks. until it needs unplugging ...This will help us with finding the step by step information you need.
