At 12:09 am :) m.1 cm and softening cervix as of 36 today! 3 cm dilated 60% effaced at 36 weeks! it means absolutely nothing. You can walk around dilated the same amount for a month. I wasn’t dilated at all at my 40 week appt and my son was born later that day after a spontaneous water break. Don’t be discouraged!

I lost my mucus plug way beforehand with all 3 of my babies. Baby #1 – 32 weeks, baby #2 – 27 weeks, and baby #3 – 26 weeks.
