As for Tagged and Cursed for normal SCAV's (NOT Boss's or Raiders): First, understand SCAV's spawn in "pods" of 3 SCAV's at a time (sometimes less), typically about 10-15 seconds apart. There's a few spawn locations for pods on each map. Each pod has certain pathing points to allow the SCAV to roam between. Rig or backpack. It’s definitely changed this wipe.
