It's important to also note that Radiation and Corrosive have the unique attribute of ignoring 75% of the enemies armor, meaning that their damage stays relevant in the void for much longer than other options. Otherwise, feel free to use Steel Charge. The extra mod capacity is necessary for some Umbral builds. Adaptation doesn't make Negation Swarm useless.Against armor, I usually use another toxin or electricity mod, to add more weight into corrosive damage. This allows you to proc corrosive a lot often.
