Normally when I have mailed letters to Switzerland this way it goes through a processing postal facility in NY near JFK airport. The letter passed through a facility in Trenton, NJ on 8/10 and arrived at Philadelphia 19190 on the early morning of the 8/11.My 2nd time going to the post office during the 12 o clock hour and the post being closed on Crawford street in Portsmoth. The hours show as open 9am to 5pm. No one answers the phone and Amazon packages left on the countertops in the lobby (not safe at all). Tax payers dollars being abused by USPS.
