I also like Bushi/Foebreaker. Shikari and Time battle mage is my best for vaan. Pretty much any combination that mixes a Physical / Magical class will work. Or a combination with a Job that have access to good magic, but no magic Lore (IE Knight or Monk). Some Examples off the top of my head.dunno about jobs but if the weapon damage calculation is like the original FF XII than I am assuming Ashe/penelo best mages (White/Black etc) with vaan behind them. Vaan - white mage+ shikari (tank stealing.have Faith for blackmage, 3 remedy lores, 3 potion lores) Basch - Bushi+Uhlan (have Focus,Adrenaline,Holy weapon,heavy armor) Penelo - black mage+time mage (cast black magic and time magic obviously)Some loved it, some hated it, but FF12 was a defining point in the franchise.
